Since 1969, I have been sitting on an artistic project that I've just now acted upon ... the publishing of a children's Read-and-Colour story book for which I drew each simple, easy-to-colour illustration. I am so excited to share Henry with the world!
"A dog needs his bark. One day Henry loses his bark, which makes him very sad. What will he do? Read the story and colour the pictures to find out how Henry learns to adapt to life without his bark."
When you are interested in ordering a copy of my book for your young child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or friend, please contact me at patrishjg@gmail.com. I am asking $10 CDN + S/H for this 36-page children's book. | |
| | Here's a sneak preview:
"One sunny day that was perfect for squirrel-chasing, I was running through Dorset Park barking at the squirrels.
I was looking up very high because, as you know, squirrels live in tall trees.
I was looking up so high that I didn't see Mr. Ketchumall.
SMACK!!!
I bumped right into Mr. Ketchumall's leg!
R-R-R-U-F-F-F!
R-R-R-U-F-F-F!
R-R-R-U-F-F-F!
I barked my loudest bark.
But Mr. Ketchumall didn't run away!"
